1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phcc6 ("phcc6," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phcc6 website located at phcc6.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phcc6 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phcc6 Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the phcc6 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on phcc6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phcc6 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phcc6 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by phcc6 or its affiliates.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised responsible gaming authority.

phcc6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phcc6 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) phcc6 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a phcc6 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times. phcc6 is not responsible for any losses or complications arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcc6 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your phcc6 account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your phcc6 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phcc6 immediately by contacting our support team. phcc6 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All phcc6 account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phcc6 accepts deposits via approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

The following conditions apply to all phcc6 financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Verification requirement: phcc6 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure.
• Processing times: E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. phcc6 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

phcc6 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable anti-money laundering regulations. In such cases, phcc6 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phcc6 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phcc6 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phcc6 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance not wagered within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• phcc6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus stacking, arbitrage betting, or use of automated systems, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phcc6 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes on phcc6 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or verified live dealer procedures, as applicable to each game type.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phcc6 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• phcc6 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phcc6 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcc6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one phcc6 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing legitimate transactions through your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcc6 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to phcc6 systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phcc6 Platform — including but not limited to the phcc6 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of phcc6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcc6 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phcc6 content without prior written authorisation from phcc6.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcc6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phcc6 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond phcc6's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

phcc6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcc6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The phcc6 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phcc6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10 Responsible Gaming

phcc6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

Available responsible gaming tools on phcc6 include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the phcc6 Platform.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

phcc6 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of underage gambling. 11 Termination

phcc6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• A request by the player to self-exclude or close their account.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request closure of your phcc6 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and phcc6 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phcc6 operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.

13 Amendments

phcc6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phcc6 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the phcc6 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
